Working Principle
The machine operates with two rotors that rotate relative to each other, drawing materials from the feeding port into the roll gap. Materials undergo squeezing and shearing by the rotor, then pass through the roll gap where they are divided and returned to the top. During this cycle, materials experience continuous shear and friction, causing temperature rise and viscosity reduction while enhancing wettability and contact with compounding agents.
Main Function
This equipment tests ozone environment characteristics and crack-resistant rubber properties. It controls and adjusts ozone concentration to determine the anti-ozone properties of specimens.

The system utilizes a silent and efficient ozone generator to produce ozone gas, which mixes with processed air and enters the chamber. A continuous UV detector monitors ozone concentration, with feedback control maintaining precise ozone levels. Integrated heating and humidification systems ensure all test conditions are met.
